To proclaim that I love her
Is quite easy to say
And for that,

And the warmth of my touch

She deserves, oh so much
For the woman I love

With every passing day, I knew you better
I realized you were my fantasy

Reality marred my picture of you

You were, after all, a figment of my imagination all along
And I didn’t have time for fantasies
